I think it hits at least one car or pedestrian a day. A lot of people try to beat the train and end up caught on the tracks. Heard it's a bit pricey for what it is, but it goes straight to the Orlando airport from Miami which is super nice

I’ve ridden it. It’s very nice.

I really hope more states and regions build high speed rail links between major cities and hubs

The fact the US doesn’t have high speed rail available nationwide is a disgrace.

We call him Scrambled Legs in Fort Lauderdale. Dude just sits in his wheelchair near the tracks when it comes to the main terminal downtown and purposefully tries to get grazed. Dude has zero fricks to give.

Country is too big for it to work

3 hours and 30 minutes. Which is only slightly longer than it takes to drive from downtown Miami to the outskirts of the Miami metro area if it rains.

Commitment to air travel infrastructure is too large and more profitable.

This train interrupted a phone call of mine earlier tonight glad to see the ot filled me in on price, because it was the lone detail my uncle was slacking on. Also, this AI algorithm needs to be turned down some... putting fb ads to shame.

The hell it is
from Maine to California is like going from 200 miles west of the coast of Ireland to Central Kazakhstan.
it's amazing how many Americans (let alone foreigners) are ignorant to the enormous landmass that is the lower 48- let alone Alaska.
you should try getting off democrat underground and sign up for a remedial elementary geography class. it'll make you more informed.

I guess it depends on your luggage demands but you can fly miami to orlando for 79 and the flight is an hour so you probably save 1.5-2 hours of time.
