300k not equal in most locations. And most doctors make around 100k which include pediatricians, er doctors, GP. Mostly you need a specialty as a doctor to clear 300k. Most lawyers are broke and living pay check to paycheck. And yes top real estate agents in high market but then again that 300k is equal to 100k in Louisiana.

Most primary care specialties make ~200,000 base and it goes up and up from there. Surgical subspecialties all do over $500,000 with ease in most markets.

Might want to take a look at MGMA data. The average mean across all physician types is about $400k.

Nurse anesthetists average over $150K in my area (two of my friends have been N.A.s for about a decade and are knocking on $200K).
