The difference is Live PD and cops are filming while doing their jobs.
These I am sure will be honor students at whatever made up school and good boys, went out with the intention of allegedly committing crimes for the purpose of posting on TikTok for views which equals money if enough people click on it.
TikTok, also needs to be held liable for allowing this content on the site for the person allegedly committing the crimes to make clicks & could equal money.

Remember during 2020 (and other times) when people would say that black people were scared just to go outside for fear of getting killed by police? Seems to me that assaulting random people on the street would probably not be a good idea. Doesn’t really appear to me that he’s all that afraid.
