How Long Do the Steelers Stick With Tomlin?

I know three coaches the past 50 years but he's gotta go, sticking with Matt Canada should be his downfall.

He'll probably get another decade or 2.
Edited for dumb mistake. I blame public school.

Don Shula - 328 wins
Mike Tomlin - 169 wins
Me thinks you are wrong.

He’s never had a losing season and won a Super Bowl.
He’s pretty safe.

They are 6-4 with Kenny Pickett at QB.
He isn’t going anywhere

They need to fire Pickett into the sun. It’s a small miracle they’re 6-4 with him. He didn’t make that choice from what I know

Yeah he has a tough hand but I will tell you what he should go somewhere else and just start fresh. Which he will not do unless forced. You don’t give up the Steelers job.

I swear people will keep saying this if he goes 9-8 for the next 30 years. At a certain point, a "winning season" means jack shite, especially for a team like the Steelers.
I was a freshman in high school when he won that Super Bowl and I'm 30 now

Do you know how many teams would like to say that you saw them win a superbowl when you were a freshman in high school?

Seriously though, considering his age, he will have a real shot at retiring as the NFL's all time winningest coach. he's around 60 wins behind Shula.
Bless your heart

Ouch. Ok he's not as close as i thought. Sorry for wasting everyone's time reading that post

Another 15 years
Why ask that now when he has a winning record? Ask that when he is under 500 yet he is back every year.

Of course the Bama fan comes in with the dumb out-of-touch with reality take.

The Rooney's would never fire Tomlin. To begin with like others have said they have had 3 coaches over the last 50's years. Then you add on the fact that the Rooney's are the authors of the Rooney rule and they are super liberals. There is no way they will ever fire a black head coach.

Coincidence Canada was fired today?

The Steelers organization Remains fairly stable. They give good coaches opportunities to right the ship and Tomlin and his players have a good relations except for Antonio Brown and a few others.
If I were a good coach and maintained non losing seasons, I would want to work for the Rooney family.
