So, someone who decides to run for an office which is at a high enough level to require a campaign staff has owned a staffing company for years. They specialize in time-limited contracts and know how to properly maintain payroll, etc records. He should be prohibited from using a company he knows and trusts (because he owns it) to hire his campaign staff? If that’s the worst they can find on Landry then he is in pretty good shape for a Louisiana politician.

The word is that Landry’s staffing firm has a ton of workers with what could be called insufficient documentation, going back years through today.

Sure hope you have proof of this. Would hate for this comment to come back and bite you.

I have posted the article, I am aware. I also said in an earlier post I acknowledge that it is likely legal. Now let me ask you a question. Do you think it is proper?

Stealing elections is considered proper now so this is feigned outrage

Absolutely nothing unethical here if the transactions are arms length.

Deflecting, classic tactic when you don't like the topic.

This^^ is EXACTLY what you’re doing with this thread. You admit you don’t want to start threads about the Biden’s, or any Democrat’s corruption, yet you start threads whining about so called “unethical” things you think a Republican is doing.

If the Biden’s corruption doesn’t bother you then why should anyone believe you seriously care if a Republican supposedly does something unethical? You don’t really care about ethics for if you did you’d remove the plank from your own eye and stop trying to remove the speck from others.

You posted an article from Nola.com, how many negative articles do you think they’ve posted about Trump and Republicans vs how many negative articles about Biden and democrats? If those left wing rags you get your news from would actually do unbiased journalism and report on democrats then it wouldn’t be necessary for people to use message boards like TD to get that information out. The negative threads posted here about Biden and democrats are a drop in the bucket compared to the negative articles the media posts about Trump and Republicans.

So why wasn’t this investigated by Louisiana “journalists” and the bomb dropped BEFORE Election Day?

That won’t un-elect him.

He should give lessons to LaToya.

All Governor elect Landry needs to do is schedule a 1st class flight to any fancy Euro City and he will probably get seated next to LaToya.
They can share campaign expenditure philosophies on the flight.

The Advocate exclusively endorsed Republicans this election cycle in La. How many "liberal rag" newspapers do that?

Bringing up Joe Biden is a thread that has nothing to do with him is textbook deflection

I think this is what they are alluding to. Nola Article from 2020

If there was really any meat to this, I find it hard to believe one of his Gubernatorial opponents wouldn't have run something 24/7.
