It happened this morning on the Bay Bridge. At the very least it should be a felony.

It's the only job some of these fools can get.

I know it's counter-intuitive to run someone over, but if a mob of people are blocking my path and being aggressive, I can't imagine I'd have any problems letting my car move them out of the way.

But when you block traffic that collectively wastes thousands of hours for others… you should be in jail for thousands of hours as well PLUS extra for punitive reasons.
Definitely need a stronger deterrent than the current.

How do cities or states not have tougher penalties on these people?
Consider what cities or states that this happens in. The only answer is that they're stupid.

Remember when BLM tried that in Baton Rouge, the cops arrested the frick out of them and they never tried it here again?

You can legally treat them like speedbumps in Florida.

No need to protest when they already run the university.

The Biden Regime was against blocking roads and bridges just a few years ago

Or just run over.

The cops gave them a choice: arrested or turned over to the crowd of traffic they caused. They chose arrest for a reason.

Boston and San Francisco. Doubt there will be any charges issued.

But didn't the government then agree to give them over a million dollars as settlement for the arrests?

This is one reason for Soros backed DAs...insurrection can occur by paid agitators, they get arrested and then set free by that Soros hack. Rinse and repeat for any democrat agenda or protest that is needed in the democrat run city.
Get a Soros backed Sheriff elected, then the agitators never even get arrested. The poor citizens who dare to interact with the agitators are the ones who get arrested.
