What big men are attainable?

The glaring hole on this team is PF/C. We have a glut of G/SFs now.
Not enough minutes for CJ, BI, Trey, Herb, Dyson, Hawkins, Jose, Naji, even Ryan.
But there's a giant void behind Zion and Jonas. Nance is unplayable currently.
Moving BI to me makes the most sense because of his upcoming salary, Trey taking over and evening out the roster.
Who is available though that would make sense and want BI back?

It goes without saying but Myles Turner would be the perfect 5 for this team.

You're probably not going to get a long term on the block. Most likely short term fixes. They just need to draft the best rim protector in the draft even if they need to move up. That's the last piece this team needs.

Indiana is good and is scoring at an insane clip. I see no reason they'd want to trade Turner or add a ball stopper like BI.

An underrated big who’s not getting much playing time is on that pacers roster- Isaiah Jackson. I think hes very gettable. Another guy to look at would be Kelly Olynyk. Both those guys would fit in well. Vucecic and drummond on bulls are some other ones.

I brought this up in the thread about lineups without BI and Zion. The fact that BI lineups without Zion are worse is less an indictment on BI and more an indictment on our frontcourt rotations, particularly with Larry less than 100%.

Until we decide. I think the Pels should waive Seabron and give Trey Jemison that two-way spot. Liam robbins is constantly hurt and i know that's who they are really waiting on. Jemison is a big body and has had some success thus far in G League.

I really want to trade Larry + Kira + lottery protected 1st for Daniel Gafford and a couple 2nds. Gafford is locked into a good contract and can give you rim protection, rebounding and athleticism.
I like the idea of having 1 offensive center in JV and 1 defensive center in gafford.
Then sign Matt Ryan and JRE to full deals

I liked what I saw from Jemison and even started a thread about him getting a 2 way. But there's no rush to do aynthing for the Pels.
Jemison is playing for the Pels GLeague team. While they don't control him, in this situation there is usually enough goodwill built up to have the opportunity to match if another team came along and offered him a 2 way. Then you would need to make some kind of decision, whether it's cutting one of your current 2 ways or converting Matt Ryan to a regular contract. Until then, you stay the course and don't let a beyond the back of roster move complicate your middle and front of roster moves.

That I agree, my issue is Seabron is a waste of a roster spot to me. This is year 3 for him and he's the same player and we have enough guards. I just would rather have a big man has the 3rd two-way rather than 3 wings/guards

I honestly can't tell the difference between Seabron and Kira. Get rid of both of them. They don't belong in the NBA.

You think he can stay healthy? Seems like anytime Orlando start ramping up his minutes, his body breaks down.

Seabron is on a 2 way so I can care less. Kira is making 2 million more than Trey Murphy this year. Hes also a huge reason we’re technically in the tax. That is absolutely bonkers and he should have been gone yesterday.

How, though? His contract is guaranteed. There is minimal value in cutting him and trades require partners.

Yeah I know. I get it its hard to trade guys with no value and that type of salary. Im just saying if it wasn’t for his contract he would have been gone.

And Orlando is paying him $17M for 13 mpg.

He hasn’t been good in 3 years…also, if he isn’t good enough to the five for Orlando then why would he work here?
Our Defensive Rebounding would get even worse.

I'd really like to get Zack Collins.
