Who does UCLA think they are. They have never been a consistently good team for being in fertile recruiting grounds. Teams like Oregon and Utah have left them far behind. There is no way they can get an upgrade and will settle for someone like Karl Dorrell v2.0

All this talk about Kiffin while he's at a perfect place for him now. He Ole Miss performing well and winning at a place where expectations aren't overly high. A ten win season is a once in a decade type thing there traditionally and an odd upset here and there over Bama, LSU or Georgia will keep the AD, fans and BOT happy. They let him do things the way he likes and don't seem like they interfere much.

The second he moves to A&M or UCLA, he'll be on the 2-3 year clock for a title and with A&M, they'll want a lot of access and input on how he does things. He likes a bit of freedom to operate and neither of these jobs would give it to him.

Kelly seemed like he was rockin' while at Oregon and he's been crashing ever since he left.

Couple of reasons:

1. He was pretty early to the scene with the hyper speed offense, but the game has caught up to that. He hasn't been able to evolve successfully.

2. He absolutely loathes recruiting and without Nike backing him, he has been unable to get the talent.

Should've NEVER left Oregon. These coaches are egomaniacs. If something is working really well stay ur arse put.

who do they think could do a better job? Kelly is a proven coach in Pac12. UCLA needs to accept that their not a top tier program.
