Well one I’ll get my unavoidable bias out of the way

I was at their game against us live. They’re extremely solid. Very very well coached. Burden is imo the best WR in the country but I’d accept someone putting Malik or Harrison there. I think we would’ve crushed LSU far worse. But that’s largely just anecdotal

The real reason is LSU has absolutely no defense at all and aren’t a well coached football team. They have way more talent than Mizzou but aren’t as good imo. It is close though I’m claiming some wide gap and I’d put LSU 4

I don’t get what you find so objectionable about me finding Mizzou a marginally better team than LSU. The same way I think Bama is better than Texas

4) Michigan
3) FSU
2) UGA
1) LSU’s Offense and Iowa’s Defense

Playoff Teams 2-4 and Texas

Surely you are aware that not every football game is won by the best team each time right? I’d accept a strong argument OSU was better than us last year

Let's compare resumès then.

LSU has lost to the following teams (AP rankings):

4. Florida State (neutral site in Florida)
8. Alabama (road game)
13. Ole Miss (road game)

Missouri has lost to:

1. Georgia (road game)
15. LSU (home game)

Obviously any team can lose on any given Saturday, but Missouri is not a better team than LSU.

You’re welcome to hold that opinion. Again I don’t claim it’s a large gap and think LSU is 4th.

And to clarify I’m working in the composites. As in I think Mizzou could matchup and beat more and better teams than LSU can even if they lost to LSU, because of how LSU is built and ran

They played each other. That ends the debate. It doesn’t matter so please quit spewing this garbage. Makes you look bad.

The Win-Loss record says they are, but carry on.

If Missouri played LSU’s schedule how many losses would they have?

ETA: they both lost to every top 15 or so opponent they’ve played against. Except LSU actually beat Missouri at Missouri. Missouri’s best win is vs Tennessee, LSU’s is at Missouri…

Tennessee is better than LSU. Missouri crushed Tennessee just 4 days ago therefore Missouri is currently superior to LSU. Is that how it works?

With the new rankings released and Georgia being #1 and two time defending champions I still think a close loss to Alabama drops them no further than #4. If Bama beats Georgia I could see:

Michigan
Alabama
FSU
Georgia

I think Pac12 will cannibalize itself in next two weeks and Texas loses a game.

I believe you may be right with how they ranked them currently.
