Doing push ups every day.

Can you do push ups every day even though you are doing chest and arms twice a week. Would it be too much?

I do like 200 every day

I’d say it makes a big difference in the way you look pretty fast as far as building lean muscle plus I’m at work


ETA: I do like 25 pull ups too

Add a steady diet of eggs and you should see positive results.

I’d be careful on the volume you start with. I’m fairly well trained but jumped right into a 10k push-ups in 30 days challenge and tweaked my shoulder. The results were undeniable by the end of 30 days though, chest and shoulders got big
