Judge Arthur Engoron told Trump’s attorneys to “control him if you can.”

He’s testifying but he can only give the testimony I like.

I was under the assumption he was planning to do that anyway.

This statement alone should get this thrown out.

huge problem considering he not a jury is deciding whether or not OMB bad

Huge mistake by Trump's legal team

Not even close.

When the Judge rules as we all know he will, the Judge's 100% bias against Trump! will be his undoing.

Huge win by Trump!'s legal team. A jury trial would have given the Judge plenty of wiggle room to cloud the farce this trial is.

Engoron has repeatedly objected to Trump’s responses to the New York attorney general’s office’s questions, which have been winding and tinged with political speech. “Mr. Kise, can you control your client? This is not a political rally,” Engoron said, suggesting Kise should “have a talk” with Trump.

I just cannot get over how inappropriate this judge is. And BTW - the judge can’t “object”

Letitia and her goon squad of Keystone Cops should have thought about this before they compelled him to testify, which I’m not even all the way sure is constitutional

Idk how much NY is saying he owes them in taxes, but let's not put it past NY to have a secret auction set up for mins after the judgement, selling MAL to obama for 18m.

You think the claim is that he cheated taxes by overvaluing his property? How does that work?

He just said he didn’t want to hear from the defendant.

More than likely he'll be convicted of something, yes. I would say he's going to have a very hard time not being convicted of the classified documents charge.

And he won't do anything to help himself or his lawyers try to prevent it but instead will aggravate the situation as much as possible, which is the point of the OP.

And low IQs will cheer him for doing so.

Are these the same documents that NARA, the DOJ, FBI, and WH colluded in writing on several occasions which documents to charge him with, then took his clearance (which has never been done to a president) THEN raided his place and charged him. Those documents???

I suffer ignorance with little patience.

This trial fiasco is reminding me of Goodell and Bountygate. Not sure there is anyone that can step in like Tags and save the Justice system from any further harm than what is already done.

They are literally showcasing how corrupt the liberal courts are against their perceived political enemies.

Do you think this judge is biased, and do you think he is treating Trump fairly?

Directing the defendant to stick to the questions being asked happens in every trial every day.

The judge clearly got agitated and threatened the defendant with consequences if he refuses to follow the judge’s orders. That also happens in every court.

Standard operating procedure when dealing with a hostile witness.

Ask a trial lawyer friend about it…

Breaking: Judge Engoron released evidence that Donald Trump

- Deleted 33k emails after subpeoned
- Smashed Blackberrys & other devices to hide evidence
- Had an illegal private server in his basement
- Had the server bleached to destroy evidence
- He deserves to rot in jail, nobody is above the law.

Just kidding, that was Hillary Clinton.

I say this on here daily, but you people are fricking nuts. You're always thinking about 36D chess when you have no clue how difficult Appeals are.

You ALWAYS go with the Jury in this situation. Always. TRUMP HIMSELF has said out loud that it was a mistake

Can't Trumps lawyers request a mistrial based on a number of things this sicko judge has done?.

But this particular trial should not exist.

If we maintain that our Political leaders are TRULY not above the Law, then Trump would be facing his supposed legal woes only after the numerous trials of Obama, Biden, Hillary etc. had concluded.

The fact the above mentioned lying, murderous traitors have not been held to the same scrutiny of Trump is proof of how corrupt this all is.

This is all a joke and FK "decorum".

This Judge deserves jakc-shite in the way of anything resembling "respect".

Engoron interjected again, telling Trump attorney Chris Kise to take control of his client.

“I would think, respectfully — of all witnesses — your honor would want to hear everything this witness has to say,” Kise said.

“No, I do not want to hear everything this witness has to say,” Engoron angrily replied.

Trump shook his head and smiled.

As he should have.

Holy shite that judge is fricking retarded.

He'll be lucky he's not disciplined for his conduct in this matter.
