Happy 53rd birthday to Chely Wright.....

Out of all the 90's female country singers who were smokeshows(Shania, Faith Hill ,Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack(my #2), Deana Carter, Reba; Chely was my favorite,(and one of my first crushes as a dorky 16 year old kid in 1997), gorgeous dark brown eyes, a beautiful smile, and a sexy voice to top it off.
And Chely at her peak was just as hot as Shania. Stunningly gorgeous. Yeah, I said it. She was yummy.
Save the lesbian comments, we all know. Losing her to the other team still hurts.

This is strange to me. I was born in '79 and have legit never heard of this chick before. I wasn't into 90s country back then (I dig some of it now though), but even still, all of the others listed in the OP:
..I know who they are. But have never heard of Chely Wright. Even clicked on the songs and don't recognize them either.
I feel like I should know who this chick is, and I feel weird that I don't. She's good looking though.
