As a Vet, knowing other Vets, and knowing Soldiers. They don’t give an eff, they will be disappointed if they don’t get boo’d. this is a story to tell when stuff is really tough and laugh.

frick woke point. These soft bastards deserve piss balloons. This isn't the 1950's Army. The most incompetent officers I ever worked with in the Army were West Point graduates.

Are we “allowed” to chant Tiger Bait? To me, that is part of the experience for players & fans coming to Tiger Stadium.

Since when did attending West Point grant someone sainthood? This shite is comical.

What in the world is people's obsession with not booing Army?

Rough them up on the field then shake their hand and thank them for their service after. How hard is that to do

can pretty much guarantee when they fire the cannon when LSU takes the field, the Black Knights won’t flinch. They’ve heard, and prepared, for a lot more than that.
Lol Cadets haven’t heard/done shite yet. This is like a who can suck off the Army the hardest contest.

Can LSU please just beat the shite out of Army so we can be done with this nonsense. It's honestly so condescending that it would piss me off if I played for Army

This. All of this bullshite turns Army into a sideshow, just so we can pat ourselves on the back.

This absolutely correct statement should have ended this thread.

So they can go to war but booing will hurt their feelings? Got it. I doubt they want to be given any breaks. They want the whole Tiger Stadium experience. It's football.

This is about football and nothing else. Respect Army 1000% before and after, not during.

I never understood booing the other team. Is it some type of smack talk? Believe me, the other team doesn’t give a shite if we’re booing them or not. And, us booing has zero to do with the outcome.

But I have to remind myself that the vast majority of the LSU fan base loves to scream STTDB!

LMAO!

Coddle the Army football team. They don’t want to experience Tiger Stadium or LSU.

Now seriously, when it’s time to honor the Army and our Country, do it. When it’s time to root for the Tigers, avoid the disrespectful banter but give em hell.

Rabalais shamelessly playing the “click baiting” game. He learned from Guinean.

It is such a weird phenomenon. There is a segment of our fanbase who is obsessed with trying to show the world how "classy" LSU fans are. It absolutely falls in line with the embarrassing Stony Brook victory lap.

I would like a professional psychologist/sociologist to explain why people do this.

Is it because Louisiana as a state sucks so bad that we try to overcome that by being super-dooper nice to visitors?

I just don't get it. And it is nauseating sometimes.

If I was Army’s coach, I would want LSU fans to treat us like they would anyone else. This isn’t a charity or good will game. Remember Army is coming in with the intention of whipping our arse. LSU needs to treat them as such.
