Why would they announce this ahead of time?
In the past, they would keep things like this quiet and release footage immediately after they left the runway on departure.

You just know other world leaders say the same things about him as we do behind closed doors. It really is sad and amazing that he is the leader of this nation. I hope history remembers how awful and unfit he was as President.
