Back in the 80s as a kid I cried because we lost to them. I guess they were to over powering?

Wish we would schedule teams like Miami, Nebraska, Usc at home instead of neutral sites. Tiger Stadium would sellout every time and be loud for 4 quarters

We've tried to schedule them.

They keep saying no

Nebraska has been irrelevant for a very long time.
More than a generation.
Like USC, save one year.
Like Texas, save one year.
And ND, Penn. St. FSU have been in the neighborhood, but never a real threat in a long time.
Revise your “ blue blood” list, or include Harvard, Yale other Ivies who used to win it all.
Amos Alonzo Stagg says “hi”.

The main reason of my post was to say play big out of conference games at home instead of neutral sites. The fans would like it more

Man, Nebraska kicked our arse in the Sugar Bowl my freshman year. We thought we’d crush them. Was the opposite.

Alabama has ruined what people consider a dynasty to be lol
Hate them or not USC won a national championship (yes, just one) and played for another with back to back Heisman winners in probably the best 5 year stretch of the 2000’s.. they were legit for more than one year brotha

Agree. Hate these neutral site games. Totally ruined the Florida state series.

LSU has home and home series scheduled against Clemson, Arizona St, and Utah. We are also about to host UCLA to finish off one. Dont forget, Covid screwed us out of Texas recently.

You have people in they 20s that never knew Nebraska was good. Those days are long gone and never coming back. I would rather play Michigan or Notre Dame they are still solid programs.

Yeah you right. I can't believe Texas has never played in Tiger Stadium

There’s always a nitwit in these threads trying to be an a-hole. But I get the OP’s point.

Michigan is the team I want us to play. Would love a home and home and travel to the Big House but if it ever happens almost guaranteed to be neutral site.

I'd love a Nebraska game here or there. Lincoln would a great place to watch LSU beat that arse.

We owe them for that terrible field we were forced to play on

We need a home and home with Michigan. I would like to see LSU play Michigan in a snowstorm in Ann Arbor.

That's another good one. We do owe them for that.

I have a ton of family(like 90%) in Lincoln, so I'm partial.
