Because he is the coach at Texas.
HP7 is the most overrated player in the program. I have never seen someone get so much attention who does virtually nothing.

MVB isn’t good. That’s kind of a key point y’all keep forgetting.
Brohm is a WAY better coach than Key. Key is a product of Haynes King and he hasn’t even been good with him. He belongs at programs on the level of GT.
Hiring Sumrall puts them back in the coaching search market in 4 years.
Half these names being mentioned have no business being the HC at LSU.
Key is an average coach in a below average conference. He in no way makes LSU better.
Dillingham belongs in the Big 12. His teams are not dominant in the worst Power 4 conference there is.
Sumrall can’t win the league title in a bad Group 5 conference. He is the most ridiculous “candidate” in this group.
Clark Lea is absurd. Don’t mention that guy. Overrated Vandy, with Pavia, is his ceiling! He’s a G5 coach.
Kelvin Sheppard needs more time to prove he’s legit.
You are LSU. With an idiot Governor you are better than all of these people. You don’t have to reach that far even with your screwed up situation.

Dillingham is extremely overrated. Made it to the playoffs last year with a bad team who was just fortunate to be in the Big 12. What else has he done? They are average in a bad conference.
What time do they start on Sunday?
His brother went to Vandy and then transferred to Colorado. Will be interesting to see if Nate uses that Duke education to make a smarter decision than his brother. Family isnt fans of LSU, so LSU would have to make a really good impression.
I'm sure the tryout is at Southland Field in Houma bc Covenant Christian's baseball coach's son plays for John Melvin.
