Sauerkraut is one of the healthiest things you can eat, especially if you have tummy issues. It kills bad viruses and bacteria and leaves the good one's. Also almost a 100 percent gurantee of no hangover if you eat saurkraut while drinking, why else do you think it is so popular in Germany, Eastern Europe and Russia?
