Many were unwilling to go by only the words of one side for every piece of info about this situation outside of the public video. If an investigation is happening it should help to resolve this limitation.
Since when did an investigation automatically mean the person is guilty of doing something wrong.

The article had "twerking" in quotes. They could have been doing it in a joking "just having fun with it" way. After all we are talking about HS kids.
Yall are some judgmental fricks. "Oh a HS student is "twerking" at a HS party in which parents are supervising. Those parents are trashy".
If the kids were out and about, drinking and getting into trouble you would be asking "where is the parents". This is a new world to me because today the parents are a lot more involved. They are allowing the kids have fun in a supervised environment. I think that's a responsible thing to do.
We used to go out, everyone meet up at a certain place where there were no parents. A lot of drinking, fighting and other things would go down that were much worse than a student who is top of her class "twerking" at a private party with parents there.
