It seems like NFL games have gotten way more trashier or they are posting more fights now. I guess that quarantine year had a lot of build up

I never understand frickign with people to instigate a fight. 9 times out of 10, the instigator starts it thinking the other person is a pushover and then gets their arse whipped.

Rarely does it start out to instigate a fight. Nine times out of 10 it is a result of some obnoxious a-hole in the stands that someone else eventually has enough of. It's one thing to cheer for your team. It's another to be complete fricking douchebag just because you think it's "funny". It seems like football games bring out that mindset in otherwise normal people. No one thinks you are a "super fan" just because you are talking shite to opposing fans who aren't really doing anything to provoke you. They just think you are an arse.
EVERY.SINGLE.FIGHT I've seen at a football game started that way. Some jackass was being obnoxious amongst a crowd of people who just want to watch the game and have a good time. Eventually, someone in the non-obnoxious group has enough and it escalates.

I paused the video right there. it doesn't really look it in real speed, but that last round house was full contact. he was out cold.
