I doubt the Jets are THAT stupid. They were a longshot to compete even with Rodgers. He spent all 4 plays running for his life last night

Winston is hot garbage. I’d much rather ride with Zack Wilson. At least you haven’t seen Wilson’s ceiling yet. You know how bad Winston is.

Why would they want Winston? They already have a turnover machine, former first round pick that can do the same thing as Winston can.

Why would they? The level of Winston compared to Wilson is not that much greater… Especially after we played Dalton over him last year.

I don't know how you could come to that conclusion.
Their achilles heel (pun) is their OL. They need a QB that helps manage that. They don't need a stud QB. Rodgers was both. Winston is neither.

If I’m the Jets, I’d stick with Zach Wilson. He’s young and can grow. The others, like Winston, Wentz are washed up. Maybe they could trade with Carolina for Dalton, lol.

Did you see the Jets Oline? Defensive line....ok. They aren't good on the offensive line. I get we could use quality depth. Can't raid the Jets for that.

You can spin it however you want but at the end of the day Jameis Winston is a better qb than Zack Wilson by a wide margin. If they’re in win now mode we may could get something useful for him. Doesn’t have to be an elite OL. Maybe and average starter or some promising rotational guys. We need it. They need it.

If any team wants JW I would think a 5-7 rnd pick would be as much as we could hope for.

If the Jets wanted to throw a decent pick for Winston, I wouldn't have to think twice.
The chances of needing him are low, and if that happened, you still have Taysom...who is probably just as likely to be able to give you a win or two over a 4 game stretch and is better than Haener right now anyway.
If you lose Carr for longer than that, none of it matters.
