Why do gas stations sell single can beers if you aren’t allowed to drink it driving home?

Doesn’t make too much sense to me now does it

Ain’t nobody buying a single beer can to wait until they get to their destination to drink it

Why do stadiums let you get blackout drunk while police clear your path to roads away from the stadium?

The answer is money

sure but if you are drinking at home why would you buy the single cans. It would make much more economical sense to buy a larger pack

In my younger years, the rule was to wait until you were on a gravel road.

A slow drive on gravel with a road beer was always pretty great.

why do they chill my entire case of beer if I'm not supposed to drink the entire thing on my way to the beach?

Passengers can buy beer, too, baw. Some places aren't dicks about open containers if the driver isn't drinking. Sometimes they don't even care about that if you aren't drunk.

Why can gas stations and head shops sell drug paraphernalia legally but you get ticketed or arrested if caught with it when pulled over

They’re just assuming you’ve prechilled your cooler. Don’t want to mess up the system!

And why do most sellers require you to prove you are qualified to break DUI laws before they allow you to buy it?

“ID?”
