What supplements? If you are talking about ‘test boosters’ you are wasting your time and money. If you are that hesitant I’d clean up your diet first for 60 days pick one of the many elimination diets and do it strict. Go back and get your levels tested again. Then, you can start injections if necessary.

Get on TRT ASAP

No "supplements" are going to get you where you want to be

first off...those arent that bad and its one snap shot and dont listen to the guys saying trt right away, thats dumb especially at 33. fricking stupid to just jump right to that

1) lets clean up the diet some. We need to start prioritizing protein and healthy fats. i would suggest lots of red meat and looking into the anabolic diet overall. we want to get in a slight caloric deficit

2) lets lose some bodyfat and get the bf% below 15

3) lets start lifting progressively if you are not already. i suggest greyskull aesthetics template if you arent currently lifting, kinobody greek god or ppsa arm farm if you are lifting some already

4) lets get you on boron to get that free test levels up. do 9mg a day. natures best is fine.

5) if you want to do something more, icon formulations sustain alpha is where you should go. should help the total T number.

now what was your shgb, dhea(may need to supplement), estrogen numbers?

also what is your current height and weight?

TRT would be a last resort for me at 33. It works and is good when done right, but once you start it is a lifelong commitment. At your age, I would first try the things mentioned in these posts that should bring your levels up some naturally.

If you think you're having symptoms then I would start TRT. Made a huge difference in my life.

Free Test is a little low but he should follow lsu777 advise before making a life long commitment at just 33 years old.

I had similar numbers and similar age. Doc put me on Clomid and it shot up. Maybe talk to him first about that if you don’t wanna deal with the side effects and mgmt of TRT

How does the body react to getting off? If my T levels were at 555 before treatment, and I decide to get off in a year, will I go back to 555-ish? Or will it drop much further?

24% bmi
6'3
205lbs
I work out 5-6 times a week (weights)
My diet is heavy meats and dairy, i may not be eating my body weight in protein but id say i probably get 100-150g or so per day

The supplements he recommended were:
VITAMIN D - 10,000iu/day for 90 days, then reduce to 5,000iu
ASHWAGANDA - 600MG/day
ZINC - 50MG/day

See post above. As far as the other numbers i have no idea, the only results i got back were for vitamin D, free and total test.

Ideal range is 800-1,000. No supps will get you there. Start TRT. I started in Feb with levels at about 325. I'm around 835 now. Very happy with the results. I have gained about 25lbs. I workout 3-4 times a week. Nothing crazy and put on 11lbs of muscle according to Inbody Scan.

I hate this.

Sure it makes you feel good, but let's not pretend we should all ideally be walking around with olympic athlete level test.

1,000 should be the goal. If you are going to take synthetic testosterone there is zero reason to want to be significantly lower than that. It’s like buying a Ferrari and putting 87 octane in it. What is the point? You want the best performance possible.

Yes.

But that isn't what was originally said.

Someone said 1000 is ideal for just a regular non supplemented guy.

And no... It most certainly is not

1,000 is optimal and should be the goal. Not everyone can get there even with testosterone injections. But it should be the benchmark. Lot of factors play into this.
