I took my crappy car from high school to college and grad school.
When I got an offer for my first job out of school, I drove immediately to the Ford dealership.
F-150 XLT with the suicide doors for the back bench. Not anything special by today’s standards, but at the time it was the coolest thing I ever owned.

Got a huge raise and sold my condo and haven’t bought shite, sitting in a HYSA right now. When I really want something I’ll pull the trigger. My 2015 Hyundai still runs.
