Let's say it's a lazy Saturday morning and you had to make one of these three fore mentioned... what is your go to? I personally would choose pancakes myself but all three sound good. What says you?

If I have the proper ingredients, French toast all the way.

If perfectly cooked, waffles.

We’re a waffle family. If it’s a regular lazy Saturday morning, it’s waffles. If I have extra time, and as other poster said, the ingredients, French toast.

What are the special ingredients y’all need for French toast?

A couple months ago I would say pancakes.. but we have been buying these french toast sticks from Sams and it is just too easy to pop them in the airfryer

Not sure I have a preference, but I did some French toast in the air fryer this weekend with some BBQ bread that turned out nice.

Usually don't have the right bread laying around for FT. Generally only buy wheat from the store.
I like pancakes the best but the kids are usually badgering me to make waffles

Waffles. I like the crunch and the pockets for holding maple syrup. I make mine with banana, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Those pockets all need some melted butter in each of them as well.

French toast, but mine is pretty simple. Bread, egg, sugar, and cinnamon drowned in butter and syrup

Mom loves my pancakes, even better than Dad’s.
I add freshly grated nutmeg to the basic pancake recipe and it just makes them pop. I try to make her some every Sunday for her to watch Bartleromo. (sp)
French toast I reserve for special occasions.

Blueberry pancakes here almost every Saturday morning. I always make way more than we'll eat so the kids can have them for breakfast that week before school.

I’m intrigued by making homemade waffles. Is there a waffle maker and recipe someone can recommend?
