Thanks, the range that the blood work gives is 6.8-21.5. I will get on that boron and dhea see if that helps. I did start hitting iron again this weekend too. Appreciate the advice.

Edit: looking at health matters, there is a discrepancy on range for free testosterone. It lists free testosterone and free testosterone direct. My results show free testosterone direct and that's why it is that range. Otherwise it is the range you sited. Weird

I was reading up on boron and it looks like anyone lifting could benefit…
What type? Would, “boron from boron citrate” suffice?

I use the Nutricost Boron, take 10mg daily, 5mg in morning, 5mg with evening meal. I started taking it to support testosterone levels. I have only had my Test measured twice(both depressingly low, 329, and then a month later to verify was 273), never had a free T level drawn, so I have no idea what those levels are or how boron effected it. I added it to my regimen after doing research on it, and in my personal experience since using it I'll say it has produced the most dramatic "results" of any supplement I currently take.

From probably late 20's to mid 30's, my legs went from hairy to almost hairless, but I didn't notice it while it was happening.

I did not start taking boron to re-grow hair on my legs, but it has done it. Big fricking time. I feel like I'm going through puberty again, or slowly turning into a werewolf. So, whatever is in that brand of boron, it definitely does something. I need to get my T levels checked for real again, including a Free T(as well as all the other jazz). It's an encouraging sign to me because either my T is higher or I'm becoming a werewolf, both of which are awesome.

ETA: I did not originally intend to buy the Nutricost brand, something was up with the NOW foods brand(out of stock, I don't recall now). NOW foods is my go to brand for most supplements, but I also trust Nutricost as well.

I thought it said 0.7, which doesn't seem like much. Maybe I read it wrong. If that's what it is, maybe I do need to supplement.

lsu777, in your experience do you typically take the boron with a meal or is it ok to take on an empty stomach?

Does boron ever mess with your digestive system? Seems like it constipated me when I took it for a few days.

Talk to your ol lady about the issue and just jump in the sack anyway.

Take a weekend away with no kids. Don’t plan much, just bine as often as you can, go out to dinner, etc. it doesn’t have to be a lavish weekend. That should jumpstart things.

Only a few weeks until I noticed all the hair growth. So, given that I started taking boron June 7th, it started doing something rather quickly. Also, rage and temper are like I was 10 years ago.
