T levels are decent at 685 but libido is in the shitter. Any ideas of what can help with this? Been depressed lately because my dog had to be put down due to botched surgery but it was lacking before that as well.

I would still try to get your t levels up to 800-1100. Also, take a look at your free testosterone. Total test levels don't always give the full picture.

Obviously there could be other factors as well.

Your estrogen levels are likely not normalized

I'm having more bloodwork done next week. Hopefully I can get some answers on the free T and estradiol numbers

Agree with 777. Get the blood work and lift. I think getting that Test level closer to 900-1000 would be more ideal, but it all depends on what your estradiol levels come back at.

My wife wishes my libido would be lower. I was annoying the hell out of her the last 7 days.

No masterbating
No pron
Take Zinc
Eat protein
Find a hobby
Exercise
Pray
Eat snacks with a movie
Go to church
Fondle yourself in the shower

Do all of those and you’ll be right as rain.

The trifecta for my mental health is:
~ Lifting
~ Cycling
~ Running

These are in no particular order, I love them all. The other night, I felt like shite, didn't want to run, and I forced myself to just get out there and do it.

Ran 5 miles and when I got back home, I felt more accomplished than if I had actually wanted to go out and run. Sometimes, doing this with no motivation at all feels even better than when you're wanting to be out there, like you're pushing yourself extra.

A little how-do-you-do is different than priming yourself for action.

Same here. One night last week I wasn't feeling it. Hopped on the bike anyways, and felt like I was absolutely dragging during warm up time. It wasn't until I was about 30 minutes into a 45 minute ride that it actually felt normal. It was one of those feelings like I should just quit and hop off kind of nights, but pushing through anyways. Felt great afterwards. Again this week, a couple of nights ago I did a quick weight workout. Felt like I wasn't getting anything out of it but something is always better than nothing. Just getting your body moving.

I’ll go from the mental aspect since it seems the boys here have the physical part covered.

What’s your life like in general? Just grind and work then come home and go through the motions? What are you doing for some fulfillment outside of that?

What is your partners libido level? That can make a big difference.

Ok, finally got my results:

Total T: 622 ng/dL
Free T: 13.7 pg/mL
Estradiol: 40.0 pg/mL
LH: 2.9 mIU/mL
FSH: 5.0 mIU/mL
SHBG: 39.9 nmol/L

My own observations: Estrogen way up, LH way down from my last blood tests.

I have read that Zyn may decrease libido and constrict flow to the peen, so I quit that. Going on 3 days now.

your free test is way the hell down. range is 46-224 pg/ml

get on boron at 9mg/day

estradiol is fine and in range

recommendation

1) get on boron to get free test up
2) get on dhea
3) get vit d up by getting more sunlight

other than that...start lifting weights!!
