At least half of the Dem enablers are brainwashed via confirmation bias/cognitive dissonance. I know very smart people who buy in; there is also the Ego factor which always plays big.

It’s pretty ironic that no one that has reviewed the evidence thinks this- including literally thousands of Republican officials and Republican judges. It’s only talking heads that are cynically “rallying the rubes” for political reasons.
