Do you use your LIPS or your TEETH to remove food from your fork/spoon?

Settle this debate for me.

I use my lips. I can’t stand the sound of teeth raking across metal with every bite.

Food from a fork, probably use teeth. They never touch the fork though.

My brother in law smells his dental floss after each tooth, it makes me nauseous
