My cardiovascular supplements that helps with BP, cholesterol, and blood glucose (I have a genetic cesspool)... Carditone, Pterostilbene, Berberine, and Carlson Omega 3 Fish oil

Sometimes I do the whole 5mg

I typically do 2.5mg BID if I remember to take the afternoon dose. I like taking half with my preworkout.

Just had my blood pressure taken bc I’m getting tested for strep. It was 130/80 sitting down :/

That’s nothing to be upset about, especially midday. You need to focus on the average, not a single point in time.

Mine is 110s/60s first thing in the morning, but will go higher as I’m working or doing stuff midday. Perfectly normal.

You got that backwards, son. I can't wear them bc same reason why some dogs tails get cut off. Run into things and it hurts.
