Lose weight
Lift weights
Walk a lot
Not low salt, but don’t go crazy on high sodium foods
Quit smoking/vaping
Drink plenty of water
Cut alcohol intake

That’s all I got. Losing weight is the biggest one.

Testing yourself?

Be careful to sit still for at least 10 minutes prior, no food or caffeine for a half hour, and be totally relaxed when testing. I think people get a lot of false high readings because of anxiety and other stuff. I spent a good two years of my life fighting dizziness because I was over medicated for BP. Turns out I didn’t need it in the first place. I was just testing when anxious and getting false results.

the Natt does wonders preventing strokes, especially if you got the covid shot

carditone will lower BP within 2 weeks.

From earlier threads I think I remember you saying you take many of these pills per day (IIIRC you take 4 nattokinase).
That seems like a PITA to me. What is the reason for doing that instead of just doing an ACE inhibitor (I’m assuming doctors will prescribe these pretty readily)?

i dont have high blood pressure, atleast high enough for that. the carditone gets me in optimal range without any side effects that ace inhibitors are known for

the nattokinase does a lot more than simple ace inhibitor. combined with pomgrante juice it has been shown to lower calcium score, reverse hardening of the arteries, improve cholestrol and greatly reduce risk of stroke

also essentially rids the body of the spike protein associated with the covid shot.
