Ironically, it’s been proven that Ferrari just said the last one was for the Pope, but kept on making them, labeling them 1 of 399, instead of individual numbers, which is such a “Ferrari” thing to do.

Probably 440-450 were made, a lot of the "extra" run were likely Extracampionario cars built for VVIPs.

No, as Porsches go it has a fairly limited option list, particularly on the exterior. That still means it has a huge options list compared to most cars but you only get the one choice of wheels for example.
