It’s truly a damn shame. A young boy was shot in the head last night while he was asleep in his apartment. The East is truly a lawless cesspool. I feel bad for the good folks that live there that have no other choices.

The article doesn't say that the cop shot them. The police responded to the shooting scene. Another black male, statistics show, is 95% likely to have shot him.
