The incident allegedly happened in September 2022 at the Popeyes location on Cleveland Avenue in southwest Atlanta.
—-Gon be bout 11 months on that lawsuit

Anytime you start a sentence with “ATL Popeyes”, go grab some popcorn.

Damn. I went thru a Popeyes two nights ago. They shorted me 2 biscuits. Coulda been me.

Can we talk about the bullshittery they have pulled with the formerly $5 big box?
Now it’s $6 you only get one biscuit.
Sad fat boy noises

Hopefully these employees were suspended with pay until an investigation was completed.

Fun Fact:
About eight years ago, the Popeye’s in Terminal B at ATL had a jam-up manager who had that tiny restaurant humming.
I turned several folks on to it and they all agreed they’d never seen a Popeye’s in the Deep South run like a Chik-fil-A.
Then one day, the manager left and it went back to the default status.

Dawson said three employees were involved in the attack and that the only way she could stop them was by pulling out a gun.
She should have shot em, because nothing else will stop them.

Once or twice per year is my limit.
If I ever get to Waterloo, Iowa, I’ll stop in at the local Popeye’s.
It’s GOT to be better.

I’d say I go 2-4 times a year. Not a big fast food fan but if I do it’s usually Popeyes , Taco Bell, or Wendy’s. Popeyes should have never done away with the red beans n rice /ck tender wrap.

I’ve been wanting to go to Popeyes lately to give the chicken sandwich another chance. The only other time I had it I was a bit underwhelmed.

That's standard operating procedure.

She should have popped all 3 of them

I just went to Cookout.
They blow Popeye's out of the water and the food/service are really good.

Davis claims the restaurant's manager had a documented criminal past involving violent acts, and that Popeyes showed negligence by hiring this person and not conducting proper background checks.
