Damn, dude, that sucks. That's a double hit on your psyche, particularly in the trust arena. I would say you should probably find a professional to talk to about that but I saw in another post you already are, keep doing that and give it more than a couple of sessions.
I sincerely hope it was not a close friend and that it is not one of your coworkers but rather hers (I am not clear from what you said).

I’m embarrassed that this is my life. I wasn’t raised in a family that had madness like this. My parents have been married for decades. My siblings are on their first marriage with multiple kids. Then there’s me in this mess.
Dude, fck that shite. Your life isn't theirs.
You're embarrassed? Then make yourself a man that both you and your family can be proud of. But don't let that ho make you feel ashamed - you made a poor choice choosing her, but that doesn't define who you are - and now she's no longer part of you.

Bro they are there for you. It's not imposing. Go over, sit on the couch, watch Matlock reruns. Bring a pizza or something if you feel like you are imposing. Take their kids to school or practice and help out.
Busy yourself and distract yourself a bit until the worst part blows over.

If you’re whining in your 30’s that a damn woman left you I GUARANTEE you whine about everything. Prime of your life seems you have it together and you’re crying over something that the world is literally full of. Not just full of begging for men like you with security and their shite together. Piss on her go find someone new. How many times have you read a woman that left a man then he found something 100x’s better. Man the F up move on with your life you’re letting her steal days weeks and months of your life. For fricks sake

I think many of you guys underestimate how, yes, miserable of an existence it is to be married to a difficult woman. and i use the word difficult as a catch all for the various levels of insanity that the wrong woman will bring to your life and marriage.

i agree, but sometimes you dont know you've made the wrong decision until years later when deep emotional issues start truly coming to light. by then your lives are so intertwined, especially if you have kids, that divorce seems like the best thing imaginable even if, for some of us, it also seems impossible. not saying that's right or wrong, but i'm saying i can understand why someone would say that.

I get where you are coming from and to some extent you are right, however, if he doesn't process through the grief and the change, it will fester inside of him and he would have much more misery. After some time has passed, everything you said is 100% right. Let the dude grieve a little.

All I can say is to process through the grief. Try to understand what went wrong. I'm not going to lie though, women between the ages of 28 - 38 tend to go batshit crazy. It's their version of the midlife crisis. I will say that after their 30s, they tend to come back to reality.
This is most important though: Do not pick the next mate for the same reasons you picked this one. If she left you, then she is trash. Avoid anybody with those same red flags.
