Christian arrested while speaking on public sidewalk

I first saw this posted on David Harris Jr's Instagram account. He is a solid conservative and has 1.6 million followers so spare me the "you're a lawless liberal!!" bullshite.
I guarantee these cops wouldn't have done this to any Muslim, BLM, trans activist, or drag queen performing on the sidewalk. But Christians are fair game apparently and have no right to peacefully assemble on a public sidewalk.
These cops are nothing but tyrants and should be dealt with as such.
