re: Home Gym Recommendations

My gym is upstairs so I wanted something to spread the weight around and sound deadening. Works pretty well.

I put in a gym in an upstairs bedroom when my son moved out. I put outdoor carpet over the existing carpet, then used 4 sheets of 3/8" plywood to make an 8x8 platform, alternating direction between layers and topped that with rubber stall mat from Tractor Supply. Put my squat rack on that. Do deadlifts without worrying about dropping weights thru the floor. I do use bumper plates for the deadlifts.

This is a good budget tent, true 2 adult person tent that won't break your back or the bank.

Tennessee at State might be worth a look.
Hail yeah, spread them losses around!

I love my 1Up but they have priced themselves out of the market. My new fav is Velocirax but they only make a 3-6. Splurge for the 3: Velocirax

I may look at that rack, looks like it would be good for my Sprinter.

I've been pretty close to my antipode in a a submarine once.
Sauna does elevate the heart rate, similar to, but not as high as, cardio. I can get my HR up to 130 or so. It also dilates the blood vessels which feels like it helps with recovery.

re: Garmin watch people!

I set up a hiking activity that I named "Rucking" on my Fenix 6, keeps track of everything like a hike instead of a walk. My biggest pet peeve with Garmin is that hiking does not count as a walking activity. Makes zero sense.

Africatown bridge is where it’s at.

As a teenager between college and the Navy I worked as an ironworker on that bridge, hence I don't drive over it.
I can also recommend The Further Shuttle in that area.
I plan on doing 2 weeks in September picking back up at Damascus. Finished the Georgia trail section of the Pinhoti last week, about 120 miles in 7 days.
So we're back to using genetics to determine gender?

I hear that 1up makes the best rack. I've had many years use from various Kuat racks but they eventually have issues. If you value your bikes paint at all spend the money to get a rack that holds the bike by the tires and doesn't clamp on the top tube because it will eventually rub the paint off.

Killed a couple of snakes at arms length with a NAA pocket 22mag and shotshells.
Better than I thought it would be.

Are BPC-157 pills effective?

Posted by PCHSDawg on 12/22/24 at 12:14 pm
I am sold on peptides but want to treat three separate tendon issues at once and wonder if anyone has taken BPC-157 pills and if they work. I know the shots are probably quicker but would only do one area at a time that way, was thinking to get them all at once with the pills. If you have, any recommendations for a solid source, getting spammed with ads for the pills and not sure who is reputable.
