Basically believes and adheres to the Bill of Rights, D.O.I., and Constitution the founders ratified, and the principles behind these documents? And I don't just mean giving them lip service, but really believes in what they say and what they mean?
Is > or < 25%? I tend to think it's less than, just from experience with most people in the country.

I don't know what the D.O.I. is, and the Constitution the founders ratified has been changed many times, so I'm taking the under.

I hate the Yankee nation and everything they do. I hate the declaration of independence too.

Under 15%, most of the illiterates you see have no clue that there is a constitution let alone it’s provisions.

Definitely less than 25%... It akin to being fiscally conservative... many are, until their pet project is on the chopping block...

I'm one but there ain't many of us - small government, individual rights - life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Educated guess is <10% have any idea what our foundational documents mean - government doesn't grant us rights - the Constitution and Bill of Rights limit the government.

25%?
25% is too high of a number just in the Republican Party, alone.
Most people who identify as Republican and even Conservative don’t even know what the frick Conservatism is.
And so they support Populists over actual Conservatives.

True or false, the US supreme court is equal to State's highest courts

I bet many of those who would not identify as any type of conservative are fed up with all the corruption and insanity. They will vote accordingly.

That’s about the most unkind description of people who choose to save the country from no shite marxist/communist rule that I can imagine.

10-15% and declining rapidly.
Think of the average American you encounter.
Yeah.

roughly 45%
which is why no person will ever win as potus only getting votes from republicans even with 100% turnout.
its simple math, but something the ronbots cant understand and cry and bitch about how trump reaches out to democrats, gays, alphabets, and hispanics. trump understands how to win, ronbots dont care or dont want to win, they just want to scream never trump

I don't know where I fall in the "constitutional conservative" spectrum any more due to the reasons you listed. The Constitution has been kept somewhat intact in a few key places, but has been overwhelmingly twisted and perverted from its original intent.
I call myself a "conservative minarchist" for what it's worth. Wherever that puts me. States should decide for themselves ALL major issues that consider important, and the federal government should have a VERY LIMITED and miniscule set of federal rules to impose upon individual states. We the People can then choose in which state we wish to reside based upon how our core values align with the states in question. I've lived in my current state for 30+ years but if/when it goes full Communist I will certainly not hesitate to move to another state that takes a more "original constitution" hard turn.

You are going to need a better litmus test, then "really believe." Otherwise it because like the Bible with everyone thinking it supports what they already think.

1) the DOI is the Declaration of Independence
B) If we followed everything laid out in the Constitution strictly, including the amendment process, this country would be truly great, we would be much wealthier personally and there would be a lot fewer people here.
