You don't tell her that you know she was hooking up if you're still at the beach, you wait and tell her that after you return. All you say for now is that you saw a male stranger entering your house from your outside camera and you're wondering why he was over there.
ETA: If nothing is stolen then don't tell her about the indoor cameras if you want some spank material later on. Then surprise the wife with it to get the mood spicy.
