Yeskie’s specialty is supposed to be LHP, if anyone can get him ready to start it’s Yeskie

Yep. Crews was ranked #13th in his class while Johnson is ranked #11th, been as high as 6th. I saw a tweet but can’t remember who tweeted that. Huge get. Should be Hurd, Herring, Jump, Johnson, and hopefully Holman as the starters.

Will he be a draft eligible sophomore or will LSU have him for three years?

he will not be a draft eligible sophomore.

In the incoming class, it looks like Roellig, Seo, and Anderson would be DES and that's it.

Draft Eligible Sophomores aren't common.

that’s good because our staff is going to be a LOT of Lefties:

Jump
Loer
Herring
Johnson
Brown (if he comes)
Anderson
Primeaux
Coleman (if he doesn’t sign)
Auckenhausen
Bronzini

we’re after Holman

i’m slightly concerned about RHO

Hurd
Guidry
Noot (coming off injury)
then it’s
Dutton
Moffit
Little
Collins

i’m mean…. yikes?

Obviously you need a bullpen, but i seriously doubt we are going to have a #1 pick and another first rounder in our starting rotation, and you need those high end starters if you want to win a championship.

weekend starter as a rookie?

He’s better than Shores potentially as a freshman. Shores was starting against Tennessee early in the season before injury.

Tells you all you need to know. HUGE

No he wasn't. He was injured in a relief appearance against Tennessee.

Holman is right handed, and you left off Woods and Seo.

yeah I guess injust thought of Seo as a n I fielder but Woods definitly will be a nice piece. we need bullpen and situational RHP especially if Hurd is a starter

Is there a development on Applebey that I don't know about that would keep him off the RHP list?

So you have him now along with Little, Ack, Hurd, Herring and bunch of other young talents. I think pitching is looking good.

I know some folks will be down on Little, but he could be a solid 2 inning reliever with experience and a short starter in a pinch.

Yes, many of players have said they were going to college that were just trying to get their $$$ up to sign. I'll wait until the signing day has passed before I even get slightly excited.

I will be surprised if LSU doesn't bring in at least a couple more portal arms.

Also wouldn't be surprised to see one or two of the lower end pitchers on the current roster end up elsewhere.
