it really doesnt matter with this tape. If it had any legal value, they wouldnt have leaked it.
There were no such Iran plans recovered in the MAL raid, so he was probably just running his mouth, bragging about his real estate portfolio, and bitching about the New Yorker article. Is this shocking?

They could have included them, but didnt. Why not? Because if they had them, why would they need to leak the tape?. Thats eveidence

Yeah I’m not sure that it’s included in the indictment which only includes those documents found at MAL, although the indictment does make reference to some boxes that were flown to Bedminster in May 2021. Seems like a loose end.

No, obviously the premise, until proven otherwise, is whatever Trump had, he was entitled to have. He claimed he declassed it all. The premise is that attempted charges under the espionage act are an absurdity. The premise is that with the tape (the one Smith & Co leaked), the DOJ thought they had a smoking gun. Now they know they didn't.
