Putin has always been incredibly cautious, I would go all in and try and achieve a rapid victory in Ukraine, which I guess is what Prigozhin was arguing for, but who knows. Maybe Putin’s attempt to achieve victory at minimum cost will work out better.

I don't think pussyfooting around leads to a "minimum cost". Prigozhin wanted to go in and crush Ukraine immediately but the efforts were hindered by the MoD leadership which Prigozhin has issues with.
