Why do so many people rant about interest rates of like 5% that only effect elite college attendees but you never hear a peep about 25% credit card interest rates that truly effect poor and disadvantaged people of all types?

Guess she should have thought about that before taking out the loan…
The irresponsible and stupid need to feel a little pain
Eta: link to tweet? Is she getting eaten alive in comments?

How much did she borrow to end up with a $1300 student loan payment?

I’d guess about 250k loan. Again, guess she should have considered her degree and financial earning power.

So did the Supreme Court rule on the student loan case? Don’t remember seeing it in the news

They don't think it's fair that the banks took advantage of them when they were 18. Too young and immature to make those decisions, but think 10 year olds can make a decision to cut off their dicks. I hope they all get evicted

Sounds like you’re going to have to move, Molly.

A lot of those people are going to just not pay the loans thinking they will help “bankrupt” the companies that loaned the money. Those dumbasses don’t realize though that the government will start garnishing their wages.

Looks like she has her acct locked, but is a "novelist" that teaches at Columbia. Her locked acct page Don't know what her degree is or school she paid all that too.
BUT for the twist...apparently she's not as hard up as she is whining about... Twitter post showing an old apt post if hers where she says she finished her library

Anyone with a $1300 student loan payment should be a doctor making big enough money that $1300 is gnat shite.

Imagine a world where you're expected to repay money you willingly borrowed.
Perhaps Columbia can reach into their $14B endownment and pay off this lady's loan.
