This is why I respect and admire Trump, he just keeps forcing the DC Establishment to show themselves for who they are and what they stand for. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconusaflagsmiley.gif)

Thanks for asking

Among other traditionally oriented Republicans who publicly spoke out against DeSantis on Tuesday were Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), John Cornyn (R-TX), Roger Wicker (R-MS) and Mitt Romney (R-UT). “I believe it’s in the national interest for us to honor our word,” Romney, who argued that DeSantis’ approach is not reflective of the GOP overall, said in a brief interview with JI. “We made a commitment to Ukraine that we would assure their sovereignty, and that’s what we’re doing.”

Hillary and Bidens are above the law

The Republican Party is not a solution. Those who make a career out of politics are never a solution.

Do you envision this as the main driving issue amongst a lot of republicans?
I mean, I guess it could be, but it seems a bit tangential to me. But, shite, with everything going on, it's hard to see what's the MAIN issue at this point.

I’m simply commenting on Romneys thoughts on Desantis. He supports neither.

You think you can confidently say the same thing about Rubio?

Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, said in a statement Friday that Donald Trump "brought these charges upon himself by not only taking classified documents, but by refusing to simply return them when given numerous opportunities to do so.
I think it's been pretty conclusively established over the last year that every president and vp takes classified documents. Mitt's correct that Trump seems to distinguish himself but doing a really poor job of returning them when asked.

The Romneys, the Huntsmans, etc, have a huge built in voting base as influential families and they feud with each other over who will be the first to have one of their members become President.
Well they might as well drop that feud because it’ll be a cold day in hell before Mitt Romney or anyone related to him carries the GOP banner to the White House.
Mittens has salted the earth permanently with a substantial portion of the GOP base.

"no one is above the law."
Wrong, a-hole!
There’s plenty of people above the law. The Clintons, Obama, the Bidens, violent thugs in democrat run cities, illegals crossing our borders.
These people sound silly when they parrot that “no one is above the law” platitude.

The establishment are such douchebags. To even come out with a statement when the actual charges aren't known to the public. Nor how many Trump Senior Chief Petty Officer Valets they are charging.
The audacity of Pence to make the political statement saying it isn't political.

Romney and Pence are RINOs

These are the motherfrickers that fought Trump every chance they could while Trump was in office.
Romney was only there since 2018 but others exactly like him were there before.
Utah deserves to burn up in a drought
