I heard on WWL Radio this morning, that this was actually in Texas, they even found a google earth of this neighborhood there. Odd thing is, the police don't have a report of gunshots in the area, maybe the bullets didn't hit any homes? I don't know.

NEW ORLEANS — The viral video of a drive-by shooting that was shared by a popular New Orleans Instagram account was not filmed in New Orleans.
We received an email from a viewer saying it happened in Texas, along with an address in Forth Worth, Texas. Using a Google Earth Search, we matched the houses that can be seen in the video.
The short clip was posted by a popular New Orleans Instagram account called "Get Your Kids NOLA." Eyewitness News reached out to the Instagram account on Tuesday morning to ask where they obtained the video.
The account said, "A spam page sent the video and said that her ex sent her the video."

This is anomaly and no opinions should be drawn from this. If you use this story to develop a pattern or trend, you are a racist.

Damn, dude lost a lot of credibility doubling down by saying he confirmed it was from New Orleans.

Well I’ll be damned, this turned into an interesting geosearch thread and the sleuths at tigerdroppings weren’t fooled. We know our Nola streets.

I just watched the video. The landscaping definitely looks typical Texas suburban, although the no front plate on the car was a curveball.
I bet this was a nice clean safe suburban neighborhood at one time.
Also, the gun looks like a Glock so likely a 9mm. But it’s not very loud. I shoot a .22 pistol outdoors without earplugs and my ears ring. How is that?

Anything south of basswood near i-35 generally isnt the best area, especially near western center, so this behavior isn't surprising.

How about WWL gives TD some credit
