What's the best online stock trading platform?

I was very happily with TD Ameritrade. Now they have been acquired by Schwab, and my account has moved. The features on the Schwab site, are far inferior, in my opinion. For example, on the TD Ameritrade site, if I pulled up a stock...Tesla, for example...there was a link that had "more info". I could click it and see what kind of insider trading had happened recently. I'd like to know if insiders have bought or sold off large blocks recently.
More importantly to me, I could click on the analyst's ratings and see every individual analyst who had rated the stock a buy, hold, or sell. I could see if that analyst was rated #5 out of 8,372 and if they had a strong record of an average 20% return on their ratings. I could also see if they were rated 8,000 out of 8,372 and had a horrible record of an average of -20% return. I could then go to tipranks.com, pull up that analyst's page, and see all the other stocks they had rated. If an analyst is rated #5 out of 8,372 and has an average return of 25%, I want to know what else he's recommending to buy.
Schwab only has the general reports from firms like Morningstar. The news for that stock may show that Morningstar is reiterating their coverage at a buy. But if the analyst at Morningstar has a horrible rating and their picks on the average have a -20% return, that doesn't really help me. I explained all of this to customer service at Schwab, and he said they are still working on moving over more of the TD Ameritrade features. But who knows if or when that will happen.
Does anyone have an online trading platform that they are happy with?
Thanks.

I am right there with you. Was very happy with the features and interface on TD, and after a few days on Schwab I can already tell that I'm not a fan. Will watch this thread for responses.

I like Fidelity.
The online web site is pretty good. The App is okay. And, they have a desktop tool called Active Trader that gives you a lot more power and insight.
Plus, they haven't dicked me around when DRSing shares to ComputerShare like TD and Merrill Lynch did. Yeah, I eventually got the shares moved, but those sites sucked and the process was arduous.

I too got moved from TD to Schwab... just initiated the transfer of my account to Fidelity this morning.

I use TDA. Nothing has changed for me so far.
Are they migrating users over in tranches? Did your TDA app prompt you to download the Schwab app and use it?

I believe all TDA accounts are moving in stages. Yours probably just hasn't happened yet. It's automatic.
On the TDA website if I try to log in, it sends me to Schwab. When I try to call the number on the TDA website, it recognizes my number and routes me to Schwab.

+1 for Fidelity. I think their website is really easy to use and maneuver. I rolled my company 401k into a Fidelity IRA a few years ago and it has worked well for me and if you ever need to speak to a representative, they have excellent phone service and actually have humans to talk to.
If you do any penny stock trading it may take some kind of special account, you’d have to ask them, but I can’t buy “pink slip” or penny stocks through my account.

Just use thinkorswim, its TDs platform, has a web version too.

That hasn't been brought over to the Schwab site yet.
I told the customer service manager today that they should have brought over all the TDA features before they moved the first client. No-brainer.

I agree. That should work in most cases, as TOS isn’t going to be changed. My TDA rep told me that the more active Think or Swim users would be the last to be migrated over. Except for certain research and/or fixed income and some oddball equities that can’t be traded on TOS, I seldom go to the web version of Schwab or TDA (had accounts at both for years).
I love TOS and would hate to leave. But if that transition isn’t perfectly smooth, I’ll have to seriously consider TastyTrade (and their $3000 transfer bonus).

I have accounts at fidelity, vanguard, and TD, but it’s hard to argue with how easy robinhood is for trading on your phone. I’ve never actually “traded” on any of the major platforms - but I do not like the way it works every time I go buy in comparison. That said I’ve never used any of their apps

I'm able to buy OTC penny stocks with my Fidelity account. I'm just Joe Nobody with under $10k in the brokerage. Nothing special.
I think there might be a penny stock setting on your account.
If you can't find it, I'd reach out to them via phone and see what they can do for you.

I prefer E-Trade but perhaps it's just familiarity

Another good option, great mobile and web too

I'm seeing multiple positive reviews of Fidelity. On Fidelity can you see the individual analyst's name, rating, and performance record?
If I pull up a stock on Schwab, it might say that Bank of America has initiated coverage of that stock as a buy. That isn't enough for me. I want to know which analyst at Bank of America. TDA had a place to see the name of the analysts that rated the stock and their rating and performance record. If the analyst at Bank of America who is recommending to buy the stock is ranked 8,100 out of 8,372 analysts, has averaged a 25% loss on all of his ratings, and probably should be fired, I want to know that. On the other hand, if he is rated #20 and has a 22% average positive return on all his ratings, I want to know that...not just because it may influence me to buy that stock, but I can then go look him up on tipratings and see what other stocks he's recommending to buy.

I just got an email that my TDA accounts would be switched over on Labor Day weekend.
As a precaution, I’ll cancel any open orders that I might have.
