It's difficult to give you a definite answer missing some details. However, if it is a LTCG, it will be taxed at 0%, 15%, or 20% whichever is applicable to you. Regarding estimated payments, you can pay it now, but as long as you meet the IRS safe harbor requirements it may not be necessary, and you can just pay the tax by April 15th. I recommend reviewing the LTCG rates and IRS Safe Harbor rules to figure it out.
All of Grand Mother Silk's moves you have seen from other bosses you've beaten. Also, the food fetch quest can be frustrating being one of the deliveries is timed and if you take damage, it can mean you fail the delivery.
30 - I remember being at my grandparents' house having them fall asleep to the Bush / Gore election results.
I never played the original Hollow Knight before playing Silksong. I ended up beating the Grand Mother Silk ending and most of the other bosses. I read you should play the original to enjoy one of the other Silksong endings and is what I am doing currently. Although, I haven't progressed too far in the original I do think the first game is quite a bit easier. I enjoy the fluidity and movement more in the second. Secondly, every "upgrade" whether it is the cloak, double jump, wall climb, etc felt more rewarding in Silksong. However, I like the Knight's power progression via lockets.
This information and adding in FICA & Louisiana withholding rate. You can make a reasonable estimation of taxes withheld which is in line with the $4,000 withheld.
$12,060 * 22% = $2,653
$12,060 * 7.65% = $923
$12,060 * 3% = $362
Total Employee Withholdings - $3,938
$12,060 * 22% = $2,653
$12,060 * 7.65% = $923
$12,060 * 3% = $362
Total Employee Withholdings - $3,938
From a tax perspective, a solo member LLC will be treated as a disregarded entity and flow through to Schedule E (Rental & Royalty Income) in this case. However, he would still get all of the legal benefits of the LLC assuming the corporate veil remains unpierced.

You should also talk to your CPA to fully understand what you are getting into from a tax perspective. I've seen many clients of mine make avoidable mistakes thinking a trust is a blanket solution to all of their estate tax problems.
Why the hell are we huddling to call an obvious QB sneak?

Glad for him, being a grinder and great teammate goes a long way in the NFL. Not surprised a team made room for Josh, he is a valuable asset regardless of wherever or whatever his role will be.

I've been playing through it other than a few crashes / bugs causing me to lose a few minutes of progress / getting my buggy stuck it has been quite enjoyable. Definitely feel a step up in difficulty, managed to kill the Roach Queen last night and ran into a wolf spider on my way home.

Grounded and Grounded 2 (Releases 7/29/2025) both are child friendly and fun if they enjoy survival story games.
I don't think I've ever seen an audit on the business use of home deduction. If OP doesn't think he qualifies, the rules are pretty straight forward (look up Form 8829). If you are afraid your home expenses are abnormally high (think of a large repair bill) and you might trigger an audit, you can always just rock with the simplified method.

His contract exit clause has been a lot of smoke & mirrors with multiple rumors with different variations of the trigger, as of recently the prevailing rumor is Top 3 by summer split.
Another twist as of yesterday is Russell's alleged contract offer from Mercedes being a 1 year guarantee + 1 year option, which would bring Russell through 2027. Personally, I think Mercedes is just trying to keep all their options open. If they can get Max they will, if not they will still have Russell.

Didn't go to the track since I was traveling during October, but Austria / southern Germany was beautiful with the fall leaves and foggy mornings. The Mercedes / Porsche / BMW museums were awesome as well.

A combo of Danny / Bottas in an actual American team would make me a huge fan. Daniel's past comments on his love for the US anthem and Bottas having a mullet would be perfect.

General News over the past few days:
1. Ferrari Team Principal Fred Vasseur is pleased with their progress following all of their setbacks throughout the year. This comes after Vasseur called out the upper management of Ferrari following the Canadian Grand Prix. John Elkann is expected to comment. Fred Vasseur still doesn't have a contract in place for 2026 onwards amidst continuing pressure from the top brass.
Secondly, Ferrari is bringing minor upgrades for the SF-25 to the Austrian GP, but the major suspension upgrade will arrive at Silverstone.
2. Mercedes is aiming for an announcement with George Russell's contract situation at Silverstone. Additionally, Mercedes will be bringing upgrades for the Austrian GP to capitalize on their success at the Canadian GP.
3. Pirelli admits problems with the C6 tire compound (Soft) aims to provide more speed, durability for next year. Pirelli will currently stand by its C6 compound, blames teams for not unlocking its full potential. Future races may change their opinion.
4. Alex Dunne will drive for Lando Norris for FP1 in Austria due to the rookie rule requiring teams to deploy a rookie driver twice per car during a free practice session.
5. Valtteri Bottas does an interesting video with a Cadillac, possibly hinting / implying Bottas to Cadillac for 2026, being it is Bottas it could also be a troll.
6. Vettel confirms early talks with Red Bull for a non-driver role.

2000 was the first I remember as a kid watching with my grandfather who was on the 1938 & 1939 team.

Hopefully he can turn his hitting around similar to how Jordon Thompson did in 2023 this next game.

You are correct. Norris gets classified as a finisher since 90% of the race was completed.
