Indiana doctor reprimanded after performing 10-year-old's abortion and telling reporter: 'egregious violation'
The state Medical Licensing Board fined Bernard $3,000 for the privacy violation
Remember when the left told us this was 'fake news'. There was no doctor and no 10 year old patient when it became evident HIPPA would have been violated.
AggieStank was like a fly on manure over this subject. Of course, now he/she/it will 'applaud the ruling of the government authority'.

From a strategic standpoint for the pro baby killing side wanting to challenge the law, this was probably the best situation to do it in.

This isn't abnormal for the hordes coming this way. I would be surprised to hear if there was a single tween/teen/non-super old woman in the hordes that have been coming over that wasn't raped.
