Can Travinski or Milazzo play another field position?

Since no one wants to want to be able to say they are a starter for the LSU baseball team out of:
Jobert
Pearson
Kling
etc.
Since we have 2 catchers that can currently hit, can either play a field position other than catcher?

Put Jones in right and put tea in ski at first base. Not ideal though. The right side would be really weak with Travinski and dugas and a slow right fielder.

Certainty not Milazzo. He is in there because he is an excellent defensive catcher although I give him credit for improving his hitting during the off season.

Jones to RF and Travinksi at 1B (and Milazzo at C) seems to make the most sense.
Let’s have Jones and Travinski stay after tonight to work on fielding their new positions and start the above tomorrow.

Travinski can barley scoop the short hops the pitcher throws. Can you imagine him at first.

Talk about flip a coin on its head. He looked hopeless at the plate last year and now he is hitting.
He was great defensively last year…now he sucks.

Antecdotedly? 1st, 3rd, RF, DH maybe. In this case, 1st and 3rd is out of the question. DH, Beloso had 2 RBIs tonight. I trust JJ. Maybe Millazo and or Trivinski couldn't even begin to attempt to play RF. Hey, we have hitters on the bench who can PH and help out, platoon, etc. I trust JJ to push the right buttons when it counts.

I don’t understand why the hell CJJ is so high on Jobert. He’s an absolute liability in the infield and AB’s. The guy should be playing at Southeastern.

Jones was the #4 catcher on the nation last year as well as the #1 catcher out of Georgia. Why have we not seen him at catcher and put beloso at first if j Johnson must have morgan in left field

Because his high rating was driven by offense, not defense.
