This team is going to be tough to defend at all spots on the court. Deep, in the paint, or just a nice jumper from 14 foot. The hustle on this team will be absolutely ridiculous! You won’t have to worry about their work ethic or their competitive drive. I think they will all gel just fine knowing that no one needs to be the main star on the team. They just showed the country exactly how it’s done. You work your butt off, you have fun, you listen to your coach and you take criticism from the other star players on the team no matter what that means to you at the time. You go into the game with a plan, stick to it and simply change who scores that night, depending on who’s hot, and if that changes during the game, you keep rotating until you find the hot hand. Different players step up at different times and the ONLY stat you worry about is that W at the end of the game. This team does that and LSU will win their second championship in a row. Bank on that!

My paranoia had me thinking Staley would sell her on being their answer to Angel Reese and our staff kicked their arse so bad they couldn't even get her on campus for a visit.

With a freshman of the year and another future freshman AA. So you could say all 5 will be AA, and not be exaggerating.

I'm glad I don't have to go head to head against Coach Kim Mulkey in anything. She's relentless and she's focused and she can teach all of us a few things about winning and excellence. Forgive me for gushing gentlemen, but she is just an outstanding coach and competitor and rare in every respect. I expect her to accomplish things we've never seen at LSU or die trying.

That's what losers typically say. Like if we had beaten Clemson, we would have beaten LSU. If you don't beat the team you're supposed to beat so you can play the next game it doesn't really matter. The only thing people remember is who won, not who might have won if they beat the team they were supposed to beat. Remember Dawn Staley also said Nikki Fargas did a good job. She's just pissed because she now has competition.

That's great news. They should be a lot of fun to watch next year with an AA PG and two AA high scoring forwards to go along with the best coach in WBB.
