How was the accusation not newsworthy?

As if that wasn’t enough, some of those same people have now had mental breakdowns over their loathing of Trump.

Holy shite! That's the big expose you have!!! LMAO! Whoa!
So it was literally what I just said above. Just Lou Dobbs and Maria interviewing Powell and Rudy and asking them questions.
Is this really the crux of this case? Please tell me there is more than this?
If Dominion can't withstand this scrutiny, they have no business operating as a quasi-goverbmwnt agency for profit (that is all they are).

quote:I'll put your finger on it. There is almost no way I can see that Dominion could show 700 million in damages. Did they lose any business as a result of this? AFAIK they are still an operating going concern.
Can't quite put my finger on it, but something is weird about this.
quote:And that wouldn't matter. Quoting someone who is lying isn't slander. The liability falls to those making the claim, not those repeating them. Hence "according to people familiar with the matter" is the NYT's favorite phrase.
I recall one interview Lou Dobbs had on with Sydney Powell, and she said a few things. But that is pretty much it.

I know this case involves Fox. But the heart of it, and the premise of their case is about way more than Fox. The precedent has been set for the left to use judicial terrorism against all of their dissenters. Fox was just just the big fish they wanted to take out first.

Shoulda billed yourself out at like $750 an hour and gone to Fox to offer your legal services.

Right
This is like me bitching about the end of a movie that I never watched
“WELL HOW OFTEN DID FOX EVEN TALK ABOUT DOMINION?”
Have you read the court docs that discuss all of this at length?
NO

Why don't you indulge us with all your fancy legal reading skills and provide the direct quotes from Fox anchors making slanderous comments about Dominion?

Anyone who thinks that Herschel Walker could lose a race in Georgia absolutely has their head up their arse.
90 percent of blacks in Georgia would vote for him. He did more for Blacks in Georgia that MLK. I’ve never met a white man from Georgia who doesn’t put him next to Jesus.
I don’t care what the media says. No Republican would vote for his opponent and most blacks would vote for Herschel.
That gives Walker 50 plus percent

This was never a legal case. It was a political case like all these cases (See Bragg/Trump). There is no legal theory to get out of it, the courts are set. It's a soviet show trial. No one trusts elections and no one trusts the judicial system anymore.

I understand why you need to tell yourself this to cope with a reality that continues to not make any sense to you.

I was about to link the report but I know he won’t read or believe it
I’ll instead just post my favorite quote from it:
“You can’t blame us, we didn’t think anybody would actually believe this shite!”
